Important! T conversion to DHT and/or E

So I was thinking of including arimidex in my test/eq cycle (500mg/400mg) but then started thinking about regulation of the balance of test/DHT/estrogen. I did a little research and found some data that might be of interest to those using anti-estrogens (Nolva, arimidex) and/or anti-reductases (e.g. finasteride).
Basically, the bottom line seems to be that if you take an anti-estrogen, you will likely increase the conversion of testosterone to DHT instead. The converse situation is probably also true- namely that if you take Proscar, you might increase your chances to get gyno. It seems you can't win!
Does anyone have any experiences with this or comments?

for those individuals who are very prone to side effects they can win. they can take both. thus leaving more test to remain as test and not convert into either dht or estrogen
