Important Recovery Question -- please help!

I am a seventeen year old male, 5'7'', 130 pound, and looking to gain mass. I train quite intensely, and I know that post-workout nutrition is crucial to muscle growth.

Note: I am fatally allergic to milk/whey/casein protein.

My question is this: I work out from 4:00 to 5:15 p.m., and have dinner at around 6:30-7:00. Which is a better recovery meal:
A: 200 cal white bread bagel , bout 45-50 g carbs.
105 cal egg white ; 21 g protein

B) 200 cal pure grape juice.
105 cal egg white or powdered soy protein ; 21-25 g protein.

Would it make a difference? I know bagels are high-GI carbs, but would they be better or worse than the pure sugar of grape juice?
Thanks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

honey and l-glutamine. 50-70g honey, 10-20g glutamine and water.

I agree completely; honey is one of the best post-workout source of carbs. It keeps a high and steady blood sugar. I usually take in a Gatorade on my way home then mix 35g of whey with 50g of honey.
I watch myself grow while drinking it :)

Straight after your workout, down grape juice and some simple carbs like a pear etc. Raising your glycogen levels.
The optimum time for a good protein meal is 1 hour after your workout!!
