Just received a DEA Bulletin ( I receive them about 2-3 times a year) about Controlled Substances. This concerns all Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 5. (All AAS fall under Schedule 3). The DEA is now closely monitoring all prescriptions requiring DEA Numbers and patterns of prescribing. They are aggressively going after counterfeiters and real doctors that are either "overprescribing" or prescribing controlled substances outside of their field of expertise. Internet pharmacies are being closely watched now as well as "antiaging/longevity" doctors with websites. I would suggest that everyone be careful with Scheduled, Controlled Substances. As a doctor, I would be real careful prescribing anything requiring a DEA number unless it is absolutely necessary. I went to the DEA diversion website to verify this information, and there are a few cases listed in which doctors have had their DEA certificate revoked because of such violations. Caution to all.
