Importance of loading creatine

Hey guys,
I did a search on creatine, creatine loading, and importance creatine loading and didn't come up with too much.
I'm about to start using creatine for the first time in about 3 years...
Is it really important to pre-load? What benefits will i see?
What are the pro's and cons to pre-loading and not preloading?
Will i see better results if i do?

If you load the creatine saturates your muscles faster, a week. Otherwise it takes 2-4 weeks depending on your dosage.
 
Short and sweet, atherjen is right. I have heard many people seeing benefits using both methods. If you use about 20 - 25 grams a day for about 5 days your PCr stores will be saturated, if you just start with about 5 grams a day and use that consistantly, it will take about 25 to 30 days. Plus you won't gain weight as quickly, ( due to slower water retention).
