i used to take effedrine at no more than 50mg a dose, around 30-45 minutes before workout. 3-4 times a week max!
slowly but surely i need more and more to get that boost.
now, 100mg pre workout is the dose i need.
its very hard to put down efferdrine as it produces such dramatic effects. but trust me when i say that you'll need more and more if you dont take a break.

everyday use is what i'm talking about. 50mg before a.m cardio, another 50-100mg pre workouts.
after this cycle i plan on resting efedrine for a while and i godamn know that i'm gonna be feeling like shit.
its not getting off steroids that worries me.
