I'm wearing.....

physically driving you nuts? As in, it hurts?

Or psychologically/emotionally driving you nuts?

In either case, please explain.

Just not use to wearing it...conscious it is there...plus I need it resized for the third time.

Wanna buy it?

Neither my wife or I have worn our wedding rings in a long time. Jewlery of anykind just bugs me.

I even lift wearing mine. It has caused a callus(sp?) at the base of my ring finger. Yes it sometimes hurts but ...

I'm the opposite, and am conscious when I'm Not wearing it.

Seriously, when I Don't wear it to the Gym, I get real friendly
women (middle age soccer mom types) wanting to chat it up with me.

Whenever I was engaged, I told my fiance I wasn't going to wear a wedding band. I assured her it was not to look single, but simply I don't wear rings, -the same reason I don't wear a watch. I hate things clamping onto me.

She got pissed and said we weren't getting married until I agreed to wear it.

come on. did you quit? what happened. I'd like to know because I'm planning on doing it in a month or so and I'd like to know what to look out for.

I only stayed on mine for 5 days, then loaded on carbs the next.

My abs are def. a lot more defined after only those few days. Plus my muscles look a lot fuller post carb up.

I'd say this is a great diet. If it weren't for the lack of energy I'd stay on for a couple more weeks. That's the only negative I had.

(fyi, I didn't weight/caliper myself or anything. I simple gauged by looking at the mirror)

I hear that your body will adapt to the lack of carbs and eventually you won't feel so tired. that's what I hear anyway.

so you're doing a 5 day no carb then 1 day carb up?

I had the same results after only a week, but like you said I couldn't handle the lack of energy....now is not a good time for me to be like that. I still think it is a great diet, and may try it again down the road...just not now is the time I can put that much time and effort into it.

Yep. 5 day no carb, 1 day carb.

I'm like beastboy - I just couldn't take the lack of energy. Not sure how long it would've taken for my body to adjust, but whenever I loaded on carb day, I felt great and wanted to stay that way.

I feel a better time for me to try this diet would be after my winter bulking cycle, when there is less activities going on which requires energy/alertness.

For some odd reason it was placed on top of my wallet this AM....not sure how that happened.

Awww...

So you are going through a whole day of pain and agony, just to make your wife happy. That is pretty sweet....

LOL.. Mrs beastboy giving you a subtle hint huh ?

Women can be sooo possesive.
Take it as a compliment. She must think you are at least a bit attractive to women to be worried you might be hit on without it.

I Assume you need it sized UP ?

I took mine to a jewler and was concerned about them cutting it to resize it and ruining the design.

Actually he had a machine that heats the ring and then stretches it a size bigger.

Only works if you need it 1 size. Any more than that and it must be cut and gold added.

Actually I need down a size or 2.....I have fairly small hands.....like I've said before, I went from 255 to 190.....I had it sized one about the midpoint of my weightloss and then again a couple months later....I'm still smaller than that point.

I need something to cause me to hold water in my hands so it will fit.
