i'm video card hunting...advice?

i don't do any gaming, so i don't need a top of the line card. i currently have a GeForce 2 MX200 and i think the video quality is pretty good for my computer use. in other words, my porn looks great on the Samsung 19" CRT ;)

i'm looking at the GeForce FX 5200 and the Radeon 9200. the features and price on both fit what i'm looking for. i want dual moniter support and a composite video output - the one that converts to a single RCA jack, but not the one that IS the single RCA jack, know what i mean? that way i can hook it up to an S video input if need be.

i'll be using 2 CRT moniters. both cards have the 15 pin (CRT) out and a DVI output, but the DVI can be converted to use with a CRT moniter, so i can use it now and won't have to upgrade when i do get a better moniter later.

the reason for the composite video output - i have a DVD recorder that i want to utillerize with the computer. can't do data transfer with it but at least i can burn a lot of this porn over onto DVDs :D

opinions on either card? a couple of people have told me the Radeon will out perform the GeForce, but someone else told me that the GeForce is very stable whereas the Radeon will crash out.

any other suggestions that have the same features and are in the same price range? newegg has both of these cards for about $55 (both have 128mb DDR ram).

No Gaming? That should be a crime. I just ordered myself a 6800GT.

yeah, someone suggested that card. sorry, i'm not buying a card that cost as much as my computer did (home built, about 2 years old).

i'm not big into gaming. never have been. nothing wrong with that.

anyway, any useful input? a $400 video card is something i don't need.

ok crak..i give you permission to hijack my lawyer thread and you never show? what is up with that?

get a flux compassitor installed on your blazer. you won't regret it :)

9200SE is a solid card.

any issues with crashing? the friend that was telling me that does push his computers pretty hard, so i go by his experience a lot when looking at things. if it's something he can't crash, then i know i never will. apparently he's seen issues with the Radeon cards though.
