Alright, I am 5'6" around 180lbs. I used to be 210 lbs, but I was eating a TON. I want to get to that point again, but I really want abs for the summer. I am wondering whether I should just say screw it and eat every thing in sight so I can get back to my former self.....then worry about cutting in the beginning of may, or should I just diet down now so that I look super cut in the summer. I feel I definetly need some more mass right now. I have been on 800mg of test prop/wk with 300mg of decca/wk and I feel I am not gaining to my full potential because I am not taking in enough calories because I have a fear of looking too"fat" in the summer. Ive only gained a few pounds and normally if I eat the way I usually do I'd be up atleast 12-15lbs. Should I just eat massive amounts of cals (I need to do it that way to gain...poor genetics I guess) and bump up the cardio or should I continue eating so "clean" and feel like I'm getting no where? Help me out...convince me I need to EAT to grow and somehow still look good for the summer!! Thanks- Rojan
