I'm stuck in my decision making...help me

Alright, I am 5'6" around 180lbs. I used to be 210 lbs, but I was eating a TON. I want to get to that point again, but I really want abs for the summer. I am wondering whether I should just say screw it and eat every thing in sight so I can get back to my former self.....then worry about cutting in the beginning of may, or should I just diet down now so that I look super cut in the summer. I feel I definetly need some more mass right now. I have been on 800mg of test prop/wk with 300mg of decca/wk and I feel I am not gaining to my full potential because I am not taking in enough calories because I have a fear of looking too"fat" in the summer. Ive only gained a few pounds and normally if I eat the way I usually do I'd be up atleast 12-15lbs. Should I just eat massive amounts of cals (I need to do it that way to gain...poor genetics I guess) and bump up the cardio or should I continue eating so "clean" and feel like I'm getting no where? Help me out...convince me I need to EAT to grow and somehow still look good for the summer!! Thanks- Rojan
 
even though you probably are holding a fair amount of muscle on your frame i say bulk and get to a deuce before cutting. eat alot and eat clean
 
just eat a ton of meat and pasta do some cardio eod and you should stay cut or get some t-3 and eat like you want to
 
For me, dieting is the hardest part. I say to cut your bodyfat first and then put on more size. You will look bigger the more bf you lose. I was where you are. I am 5ft4 and 165 now, but I look bigger now then when I was 185.

I do the opposite of most people. I try and lose bodyfat then build lean mass without adding bodyfat. I think getting enormous and then cutting up is an annoying cycle that keeps going back and fourth. Go for the abs first, then work from there

whats your bf%?if its too high then cut..after cut bulk if you like...also ALA is great for cutting and bulking...when cutting keep your carbs low at 30% up the protein and fats..ginger root RIGHT before each meal at 500-1000mgs to help you take down more protein...also hit some NYC or e/c/a/y stack... www.anabolicfitness.net has great prices on there fat burners,go to there AF store.. www.kilosports.com has great prices on ALA...drink 1-2 gallons of water a day...fina is great too for fat burning...try to add some muscle too when cutting..cardio before breakfast is great,or after you get done training if you cant hit it before breakfast do it 3 times a week

my body fat is around 10% right now. I just want to get bigger then cut for summer so that is what I am going to do I guess. I just feel I am waisting my time eating clean 100% of the day. I just can't grow that way I guess. I need massive amounts of cals to notice growth while on cycle. So I guess I will just go for mass for now and eat everything I see but do cardio every day to keep the fat to a minimum. I also take 200mg of ALA per meal. I feel that if I am on juice, I might as well take advantage of it and eat like a motherfucker and then worry about the fat after the cycle. Or else I just feel I am waisting my money and time with taking juice. Do you guys ever feel this way?- Rojan
 
I'm the same way you are when it comes to decisions. I hate getting smaller and love to be big. I've recently changed my mind and going to work on more muscle definition before i decide to get big. Who cares if your big if you not hard and look good. Plus summer is coming up and I never wear a shirt in the summer. I want every muscle in my body to show. Most chicks dig definition and a six pack anyway. It's really up to you but you need to decide and don't do what I do and keep saying man should I try to get big or cut up. Go one way or the other. I personally chose to get body fat down low as possible and then try to gain lean muscle mass from there.
