i just cant keep my head above water this semester. everything has hit within the last two weeks, but ive gotta keep a job too. growing up sucks. ive been staying up for 40 hours on eph and anything else that will keep me goin (run with that) and sleeping for a few hours, getting back up and working on stuff again.

its gonna be alright, im just wigged out.
 
You ever use a Down Pillow? My God they're comfortable. It's like a little cloud around your head.

i use a feather one actually. i dont konw if that constitues an actual 'down' pillow though. hell i dont sleep anyways. if i do, its on the couch for 2-3 hours in clothes to go to class in and hit the electric toothbrush up on the way to class or work. trioplex bars and sugarfree kool aid keep me rockin. and 75-100 mg ephedra/ephedrine ed

i tried that once and ended up sleeping through a night of work. 3 pissed patients, 2 pissed physicians, and an office staff full of bitchy lesbians later i decided not to do that again.

How many hours of sleep do you get per week? You don't want any part of "psychotic" espisodes setting in due to lack of sleep!
 
LOL!!! You ever consider learning to meditate. You can actually achieve deeper states of rest that are far more effective than sleep over shorter amounts of time.

TM is just one form of meditation that can help you achieve a deep state of relaxation.

Object referal, Deep Breathing, Prayer and Chants are other forms. That can help you reach a relaxed and alert state.

Dude, don't you work at a sleep clinic? You should be able to sleep while you work. :D j/k

tell them you are concerned and that they should run tests on you. that way you can sleep while at work. just make sure you are on the clock when they do it.
 
say you think you have <insert sleeping condition here> and make up some side effects. if you are lucky they might even give you a paid leave if you really do have a conditon.
