I'm not going to act like I know what I'm doing; I don't. Heres what I got...
25 year old male - 5'10
Started dieting in Sept; lost about 10 lbs. Started the gym on 11-17 and have been going 3 to 4 times a week. Just now started adding cardio into my workout but because of my schedule its about 30 minutes a day maybe 3 times a week.
Protein: 150g everyday from suppliments alone. My food intake consist of a descent.
Multivitamin (Centrium), Glucosomine, Vit C 500mg
Breakfast - oatmeal and sometimes an egg or two. Protein shake or water.
1st break (work) - Protein shake and an peanut oatmeal bar.
Fish Oil, Glucosomine
Lunch (work) - depends, usually chicken and potatoe or some taco bell if I go out. I sometimes mix a turkey sandwich (cheese and light mayo) w/ some peanut crackers, or maybe a tuna sandwich.
Vit C 500mg
2nd break (work) - weight gainer and peanut crackers (sometimes just a protein shake instead of weight gainer).
Red Blast before workout.
Dinner - Fish/Chicken/Roast/Steak w/ potatoes, broccoli or some type of veggie.
Multi, Fish Oil, B6, Calc/Zinc/Magnes
----------------------------
Ok, now. Thats about all I can do to explain my diet. Its honestly my worst part and I'm trying everyday to correct that. I've come a LONG LONG way on my diet. It was fast food EVERY day and I never ate breakfast. So.. Be easy.
My question is, I'm looking to gain more from my workouts. I would like some advice on how to do this. I'm been thinking about taking a test booster like aploaden (sp?) or something that quotes 15lbs the first month or whatever. Does it work tho? Are there any side effects?
Any advice would help on the that subject or just improving what I'm doing. Here recently I started upping my protein even a little more to make sure I get that 1.5g per lb.
Thanks
