i just droped 255 on bench after getting it up 1 after another the other day is there a reason i droped it????i just started taking syntrax swole v.2 if anything i should be repping it .. i got up 265 the other day no prob as well!!!
 
ok you need to chill out first of all

secondly know there is no miracle suppliment

thirdly you need to stop maxing out every single time you bench
 
You see the results of maxing out every week. Going for a max set of 3, 4, or 5 reps is much better for building strength. And when you start regressing, you need to back off for a week or so.
 
Over the summer I started maxing too much. I was up to 275 bench and then tried 300 (miss). So then the next week I say do it again...blah blah blah, its a horrible way to try and gauge your strength every week. I'd say hit maxes at most 2x's a month. You have to give your body time to actually get stronger.
