sooo much to read... understand.... i just was reading the "newbie" sticky above.... damn! thats all i have to say.....

i mean i would like some assistance with questions i have... etc but i know the deal with" asking for sources....bla bla bla"and im not asking for that either.... i just dont want to get bitch slapped ya know? :worried:
 
its more so about PCT, D-bol.... read ups on these things... that are very informative...
to further educate myself before my first cycle... i have an idea what i wish to use.... but i want to know and understand as much as i can for what i will be using to i dont freak out...etc and know how to correct any issues.... deffinatly dont wanna be a dumbass and fuck myself up

So you're looking to do your first cyle? How old are you, height, weight, bf %, how long have you been training and what would you like to get out of this cycle?
 
you can ask questions about dosage, time lengths, pct, etc.......theres no problem with that...just dont post any prices or sources etc.....which you should have read in the stickys......

its safe, and not dumb to ask questions to further inform urself before gettin into aas.....but i do recommend using a search for several things before postin repeated questions

bf%- around 12% maybe
i dropped weight since i havent been in they gym for a few months... sitting at 155-160
training since i was 16- not serious till i was 18

Achievements From Cycle: little boost, would really like to put on more mass.
6'1 and 160lbs looks avg/decent i guess.. but over time i wish to be upwards of 210ish Longterm!
 
yes train harder to put on weight naturally and get your diet down, if you are going to use aas then i suggest
500mg test e or cyp 10-12 weeks
25mg dbol ed weeks 1-4(can be bumped up to 40mg if you don't feel it, start low though)
hcg and nolva for pct
hcg 250iu's begining week 5 with the cycle if your testes are shrinking, this will keep them at size. then 3 weeks after you take your last shot begin taking hcg 1000iu's e3d until your testes are back to size. then begin nolva 40mg ed for a week 20mg ed for two more. look in the pct forum though don't just do what i do, jenetic has a great sticky in there.

ok my friend you need to go into the post cycle therapy forum, there is a sticky by jenetic on pct. it will explain these things. nolva is an anti e that is great for gyno as well as bringing your test levels back to normal after your cycle. hcg is the most effective substance at returning test levels to normal, however, it can cause gyno as well so the nolva is to be taken after. hcg comes in powder form and must be mixed with bac water thus it is measured in iu's not ml's.

Bro you have been lifting seriously for 4 years and you are 6'1" and under 160? No offence but something doesn't add up. You need to get the diet and training in check first in my opinion. You are prolly like a good 40 lbs under your natty potential . At only 22 I would would take the time to figure it all out and build a solid foundation first. You will be glad you waited later on. But if you think you can't wait the it looks like bruce answered your question.. Good luck whatever you decide to do..

damn dude I just dont know about this one..... do you think that a dude that is 6'1 and 160 lbs should need 500mgs of test and 25mg dbol? I bet he would fuckin blow up on half that much test and NO DBOL....... anyway I dont think he should hit the gas just yet.... as someone else said, he could still gain 40lbs naturally EASY.... you need to eat more bro! Eat like 9 times a day! Dont worry about getting fat just train hard as hell! dont juice it up until you hit 190 or 200! It should be easier to gain weight if you eat more! whats your diet like by the way?
 
well personally i don't see how 250 test is gonna do much for anyone because its barely above what you make naturally. but yes i agree he should go naturally. i just wrote out how to do it, i definitely am against him doing it.

dont take this the wrong way. But 6'1" @ 160# 12% bf you most likely dont look like you even work out. Take your time and in 1 clear consise post please post EXACTLY what you eat in a typical day (ie 8 oz tuna 1 tblsp mayo, 8oz skim milk). Also post EXACTLY what your training regimine is.

I have a strong feeling something is wrong in one or both of those areas. That needs to be fixed before you think about using AAS.
 
definitely what everyone's been saying.... eat more and train hard...then eat some more... I weighed 165lbs at 5'7" before starting any gear.... also, read all the threads on here AGAIN....then again if you have to....it doesn't soak in overnight....takes months if not longer to get a good grasp on things.... then once you have a good base of information, you can ask good questions and everyone here will be glad to help! Personally, I wouldn't start at such a young age (actually, I didn't start until I was 29)... good luck bro
 
I have the same stats as you... +45 lbs right now.. all natural. Don't waste your money on juice if you don't eat like you need to "off" or before. Train, Eat, Sleep and you'll grow. You definetly can't be scared to put on a little fat when bulking either... that's something that took me a while to get into my head and get over... but i'm doin' it, and just hop on the treadmill if you notice you calorie surplus going into fat deposits and you'll be good!

You really should reach your genetic potential before you take any juice.... Sounds like you are a hard gainer, so pump up the calories, lift heavy, and watch yourself grow.....

as for the few of you who CANT believe my lankyness...its true... i SHOULD be up an easy 40lbs natty... but.. its HARD for me to keep it on... let alone gain it....i've alterd my diet and such time and time again... i've been off the gym for a few months.
Dont jump ahead of yourselves just yet.. lol... im educating myself about everything before the time comes for me to make a real solid decision about AS. i know i will start, just unsure of the time frame... i want to go back up 40lbs before considering AS.


i eat alot many times per/day.......its just a bad genetic thing i fall into.....ectomorph? or somthing like that i am......tho i am/was/will begin again to work my best to alter that as a natty.

i will continue to read up on what i can and ask questions as they arise.

i will need to get a strong meal plan setup for myself.....which i woudlnt mind some assistance with :)
