Thanks everybody, I am really gonna try to make time to post here more often.

Sassy, to answer your question about switching up what I’ve been doing, I have added a few more cardio exercises (cardio funk classes) to my work out and I’ve switched up my weight training as well.

These last two weeks I haven’t lost or gain a pound but I know it has to do with some partying I’ve done recently, I’m not gonna lie I ain’t been giving it 100% because of me drinking a little bit and what I’ve eaten. This weekend, I’m partying too but after this weekend is over I am back on my grind!!

I’ve been partying so much because of my girlfriend’s birthdays. No more birthdays until next year sometime.
