Can't tell you about Gakic, but there's no reason not to beleive that the gains you're supposed to get are prolly bogus, especially if the label says Muscle Tech. I'd save your money. I can tell you that I just started using Kre-Alkalyn and it's yielded some pretty good pumps. Best creatine product I've tried thus far. I was never a big fan of creatine. CEE was the only other type of creatine I liked at all, but I think Kre-Alkalyn is better.

no evidence backs no explode , when u buy any muscletech product u pay for all those bullshit ads in the mags that on the first page look like an interesting article till u turn the page and "use cell tech if u wanna put 100lbs on all ur lifts- total joke why not get generic creatine and some kool aid and throw in some alpha lipoic acid pills and be done with it and save about 40 bucks i fukkin hate muscle tech

If u really wanna try "Gakic" I would just buy its ingredients seperately for 1/10 the price.... All thats in "Gakic" is glycine, l-arginine, and alpha ketoisocaproic acid.... Its prob just muscletech marketing BS.....

the 2 best supplements i feel you just cant beat are 1) Amino Acid Tablets, i just use Beverly Nutritional 2) Digestive Enzymes.

Both are Cheap, 16$ for DE, and $18 for Aminos.
