I would first like to start out by saying that I've been researching steroids for a few months now, more out of a hobby than looking to use. However, recently I've been contemplating a cut down to a lower bodyfat before beginning a new clean bulk.
My current stats:
Age: 20
Weight: 210
Height: 5'9
BF% : Guess is probably in the 13-14% range. I'm not fat looking at all... in fact I still have visible abs. I just haven't had it tested.
My training history has been mostly strength training for the last 3 years where I grew from 130lbs to where I'm at now. If it matters, I'm relatively strong. I've got a 1,100lb total. Essentially, I hate cutting since it cuts into my strength/muscle gains, but I do want to do a cut.
So, my thinking has been to start a cut in about month and run it for as short a time possible until I am in the 8-9% range. I thought that maybe I could use something while cutting in order to speed up my gains and move through the cut as fast as possible so I could return to maintaining and then bulking in the fall and winter.
My diet
Average net calories are between 2,800-3,100kcals
Carbs: 200g Protein: 250g Fat: 130g
I think I need to up my carbs and my fat (a little), but I already eat very clean so it's very hard to eat all the food that I do now.
So to wrap up, could/should I benefit from a mild supp/steroid to shorten a cut?
Edit: Just to make it clear I'm not looking for a bulking cycle, I'll do that completely natural, but I would like some help with cutting only.
