I projected 10k by the end of the year, but it loos like I might be reaching that milestone much much sooner. I really need to start doing more to earn my paycheck ;)

Well Im 28 years old.
I just return to weightlifting after a 11 months laid up from an accident.
I've been lifting for 5 years (not counting the year off)
I married (7 years now), I work as a chemist. Im 6' tall. 265lb's. Bf%-Fat (gained alot being liad up, I would guess around 23-28%) I know last year I was at 234 with 11%.
Well thats it, any questions?

Deca whats up...I lived in Lansing/east lansing for about 5 yrs...now I'm in norhtern michigan laid the fuk up with a injury...i like lansing, good blue collar town...OMars is a good titty bar btw...
