H-Pylori

They are checking for H-Pylori. If you have it you will be put on a serious antibiotics treatment, but it will work. I wouyld not say anything for these reasons either. Just do the test. Prevacid will follow up the antibiotics. If you don't have it then prevacid will work too while letting your insides heal. Lot's of things can cause heartburn. H-pylori also causes ulcers so make sure to get tested and/or treated.

If you don't have insurance, you can get Prolisec OTC now at the pharmacy or grocery store without a prescription. It is basically the same thing as Prevacid and Nexium. It was prescription only until recently.
