I'm getting tons of email from elitefitness

Have you guys been getting TONS of emails from
"Lyris ListManager" ??


It's sending me like 80 emails a day!
How do I stop it??

It's sending me one every 10 minutes!

I need to stop it or it'll fill up my email space real quick.
Has anybody else getting those emails?

thats why you give EF an email you hardly use. just block their address and you wont get anymore

ya i used to only get mail from my juice head friends and now i get all this odd stuff out of no where..

I have had some problems as well.

There is NO UNSUBSCRIBE option that I see.

ok this mail shit is nuts......i got 24 mails in one day.....i only get mail from well from certain ppl now i got a shit load from differernt companies and never sign up for anything with my EF mail...

Whats suck is that there are no options for unsubscribing at the bottom of the emails even though there are instructions that say so.

Also, why is it necessary to send the same email every 10 minutes??

ya you are right......also they all say like "THANK YOU" i dunno if that is some one trying to get me to open a virus or some one i helped out.......i guess it is time to change my email....

The problem seems to be fixed.

Regardless, the whole email thing is nothing but a nuissance.
