I'm getting frustrated!

Middle of my cycle:

Omna's @ 500mg/wk
Decabol @ 500mg/wk

I've gone up to 237 and now I havent gained a pound in weeks...I've upped my food intake by 500cals and added a middle of the night shake to my normal 4500 calorie bulking diet...

training is going great and I'm getting stronger all the time. I appear to be looking better, but I really want to be 240 without getting fat, lol.

Any ideas? I was thinking about throwing in Dbol for the lasts four weeks into PCT

bro just go by what you see in the mirror and forget the scale, i dont know but id rather see quality muscle in the mirror instead of bloat which i know i wont be keeping....also you said your getting stronger all the time so again throw the scale out the window cuz when all is said and done id rather have a body to be proud of then a shirt i could have made that said "i finally hit 240lbs yay"
 
Damn bro, it sounds like your on the right path. If you're looking better and getting stronger than that's frickin awsome. If you are intent on getting that extra few pounds you could either hop on the dbol for a couple weeks or just up the cals maybe another 200 per day. But shoot, I'b be happy if the mirror is telling you that you look good.

That's what I'm waiting for bro.

It's the mental battle I've been having with myself. 240 has long been a goal of mine. When I was 155 I thought 240 was equal to a beast and that was what I wanted to be. Now I'm 3lbs away and it's driving me nuts. I don't think I'm anything like a beast, but it's still what my old school goal was
 
haha, my "beastly" goal would be 180lbs.. i'm only shooting to hit 160's this year.. slow and steady gains for me bros, no big bulkers on the horizon
 
D-Bol will deffinately help but I also agree with forget about the scale for a while just go by what your seeing in results as they look in the mirror being 263 your obviously a big guy..You could possibly switch up work out routine shock the muscles a little bit...
 
Go for it bro I threw in anadrols the last 4wks of my cycle to get me past 230lbs and loved it.Put me up another 7lbs so maybe I will get to keep 2 or 3 of that.
