i'm freaking out need help please

ok here's my situation. i started my cycle last monday which is 500mg of sust,400mg of deca a wk for 8wks, and 30mg of d-bol a day for 6wks. i've always had a little bit of fat in the pecs, not much though. recently i've noticed my pecs and nipples a little bit puffier. they don't feel numb or itch.
i'm very concerned about getting gyno. could this be bloating from water retention. i have nova in hand but i don't wanna hinder my gains. will gyno begin with only one wk of taking d-bol. need all the help i can get please thanks.

1) stop taking AS immediatly

2) do a search ( SEARCH) on: "gyno" , "proviron", "liquidex"

3) Wait 2 months, during which you should continue researching proper AS use then start a new cycle using the knowledge you have aquired.

I'm no pro, and thats why I'm saying this - i did a ton of research (SEARCH) before my 1st cycle and it paid off big time. Great gains( that I kept) and no hint of gyno or any other serious side.

Game77, it seems you have a decent cycle going, and since you have nolva on hand it seems you know what you're doing. I wouldn't suggest quitting the cycle as in the previous post, but take some nolva and see if the puffiness reduces. For an 8 week cycle, taking nolva from time to time to combat gyno won't necessarily negate any gains. I would suggest searching for typical nolva dosages, and maybe try reducing a tad and see if the symptoms go away.

If you can get a hold of arimidex (sure Liquidex is preferred but hard to find), it should work miracles on any potential gyno.

thanks nikolai i was thinking of starting to take nolva at 10mg a day until my cycle is over. hopefully that would prevent gyno and reduce water retention. thanks guys.

Yes, gyno can start within a week. I had burning nipples 3 days after starting d-bol. Started taking arimidex (.25mg ED) and everything stopped. I'd go ahead and start the nolva.

If you're really concerned, take 40mg nolva ed until it goes away. Repeat as needed, or just take 20mg ed for the rest of the cycle, or order arimidex and take nolva until that comes in.
