If I were able to get anywhere close to my old running shape I would love to take the 2 of you on a little run outside of San Angelo Tx we called Susans' Peak
Start at the highest elevation in that area, next to the gates of this ranch, start running back in the direction of the town. Rolling hills ranging from 100-600 meters at a 20% grade. I know it's not Mt running but do that for 10-20 miles WOOOHOOO.....You've never felt a pain in your ass till you do that when it's 20 degrees outside. lol
I don't think I would last 3 miles of that now. More power to those of you who can continue to lift and run. My 7-8min mile pace can't hold a glimmer of hope to the old days of training.
