another sober and boring weekend here

I went out to my favorite club on Friday. I've been going to this palce since I turned 21, it's always full of good looking people and is a safe haven from trendy dorks. Well, hadn't been there in a while and was appalled to see that they replaced the electronica room with a hip hop room and the goth/industrial room with brit pop/emo rock room. The palce is polluted with trendy dorks now. Being sober made it specially horrible to witness.

While drinking, just about any place is fun. I always had weekend destinations. Now, since I'm not drinking I really don't see the point in going to most places. Bars, what the fuck am I going to do while everyone is getting paltered, drink diet cokes? Clubs, as long as I was drunk I could have agood time just about anywhere. Now I find no point to go hang out at places where I don't like the music or the type of people that go there. Friday was a club I went to willingly because I Like the music and people but was not aware of the "changes." I'm still cool with going out to see bands, playing pool, or other interactive outings like that.
