Im eating carrots

There is no food in the house but pumpkin pie and lasagna and I'd rather be starving than eat any more of either.


Looks like I have to food shopping after all.

Sigh
 
diet coke, Advil, my vitamins, omega 3-6-9 capsule, some figs, and a Trioplex bar. Just woke up a little while ago. In 1/2 hour, will have some fruit and a coffee before hitting the gym to train biceps.

Um, im in the same predicament, which is why im eating these dried out carrots LOL
 
When in doubt, A protein shake and flax.

I don`t like eating really. People hate me for that. My sister-in-law says she`s gonna tackle me one day after saying that, When I least expect it. lol

I just had a 12 oz new york strip medium rare with veggies and 4 glasses of water. ;)

I'm allergic to carrots. But I eat raw broccoli and cauliflower all the time!
 
Raina, now that's what I'm talking about! Steak (a nice fatty cut too) and veggies. I live in Texas, so I have to have my steak.
 
I had steak last night too. I'm not a huge fan of protein powder-- I'd rather get my protein from meat and I'm completely burned out on chicken right now.
 
Raina, I agree. Real foods are preferable to suppliments unless you just can't eat. I only use shakes post workout. I understand about getting burned out on chicken. Who does get burned out on it?
