high dose amox would work as well as anything 9 times outta 10

not first line, but you could try... Keflex is q 6 hrs right? so thats only 5 days. That might get the job done. It will provide good gram positive coverage, but because its a first gen cephalosporin, it wont cover any gram negative bugs. But your sinusitis is most likely a g + bug.
