No, no, no...the problem is "under recovering." Don't you ever read my training posts? You must start doing active recovery with bands and chains to increase speed, strength, and recovery time. PM me if you need more info.

Wake up, take Vivarin that's sitting by my bed. Pull "High Society" spank mag from underneath mattress, lube up cack and wack until "failure", clean up. Vivarin has usually kicked in by this time and I get up and shower.
After work, go to bedroom, wack it, clean up, roll over and take nap.
Before bedtime, pull out "High Society" spank mag, wack it, clean up, roll over and go to sleep. If I can't sleep, I sometimes repeat the process.
