im confused by my clen tablets

Hi I had the chinese clen which i felt no effects from whatso ever even on 4 a day
so started takng some i bouight on line from looked like a really good company.
When arrived they appeared to come from bulgaria, anyway the dosage is not clear the cardboard sleave they arrive in say 25mg however the actually pack states 0.06PG
I have had some mild shaking and musclar pain but not much else.
Also i found it hard completing swimming yesterday which i normally find very easy.
Have tried to contact the sellers to no avail.
Has anyone ideas or experience on this.

Clen is normally in mcg not mg's from what I have seen.
