I'm a house virgin. It looks like a good time to stop renting and buy. You can't beat the 4.25% interest rate. My payments will be less than my rent. I'm getting a 3 bedroom 1 bath, 1274 sq ft with car port a big flat yard, 2 storage buildings in a nice quiet subdivision for $123,000. I love WV house prices!

I can't handle west virginia....I drive through it on my way to kentucky and make as few stops as possible...

you're probably right about the interest rates but keep in mind when something expensive breaks (septic tank/roof/well...windows...etc) its all you...
I really really can't handle renting from anyone myself and really like to change my landscaping/interior etc on a whim
