I haven't lifted in almost two weeks. I'm going to whither away to nothing. On the plus side, I have more time to play guitar instead of lift weights.
 
Synthol for when you really just to fucking lazy to work out.
 
You wont whither away unless you are carrying mass significantly above your bodys homeostasis level. I havent lifted in years and actually jog currently and havent lost anything.
 
I haven't been as consistent as I was before either. (bad V) But I am always like this when my boys r in football. It just takes up so much time.
 
I helped my Brother in Law do contracting work for about 3 weeks last month almost ED

that taught me real quick I had to lift again.

I took planned time off, but took a bit too much time off.
