Hey everyone I am making a comeback!!!

After going strong for a long time I hit was by far the most difficult time of my life!! The first thing to happen was my soon to be wife went off the deep end and ran out. I was upset but i still had my health and what i love to do best training. Then....i blew my knee out. Tore my PCL 100% sending my quad muscles slinkying 3inches up my leg!! Then finally both my parents were killed in a car accident. A drunk driver plowed them as he ran a red light in a highway intersection. After that i basically gave up everything in life I thought my entire world was crashing down on me. But thanks to some good friends and a couple family members Im coming back around.

And so hear it starts. To all of those who think i just fell of the face of the earth or i wasnt getting back to them dont take it like that. My elitefitness email addy was locked and i just restored it..but i cant remembe the password. IF anyone reads this and can help me with that...that would be much apreciated.
