Thanks man. I got addicted to this board for a while there and started letting things go at work. Had to stop that shit. I'll be in and out but I can't afford to stay on all day every day anymore.

I ended up keeping about 10lbs of my gains. I fucked up my rotator cuff about 2/3 of the way into my 10 wk cycle and that killed me. I'm going to get the o'scope surgery done sometime in the next 6 months I hope and do another cycle when I recover from that. Has anyone else had that done?
