I was getting a Microsoft error for a couple of months that kept me off this site. Looks like the last update fixed it.

Anyway. I am sick of dieting and doing cardio. I don't feel like it is making a difference.

I'm 245 in it. I am starving all the time. I hate it.

I shaved my head too. Now I am ugly like the rest of you bastards!

Just had some blood work done. I am waiting for the results. My test levels have been pathetic for over a year now. Hopefully, the results will show them going up.
 
You still look good!!

Quite like the shaved head.. Body isn't as ripped as before but still great.. Worrying about nothing! Get back into it slowly and enjoy yourself.. ;)

have u considered some eyebrow maintainence to go along with the topless look? a shaved head really does draw attention to the eyes and eyebrows.

You have a good head for no hair - rnch has a good suggestion on the eyebrows!

Screw dieting.
I am changing my diet up.
More complex carbs. I am so flat right now its rediculous.
I had a sweet potato with dinner last night and gained two pounds. No joke!
I plan up eating one every night and also working one in for lunch.
I am 247 right now. I am going to try and work my way back up to 255 and then take it from there.
BTW. I love my eyebrows. I actually had some women tell me they were "beautiful" LOL.

Slat! Hey, nice to see you back. I was actually thinking the other day, "wonder why that guy slat and the other guy deisel something (not deisel guns but some other guy who used to post updates often) never post anymore.

Your bod looks fab as always, but let your hair grow back!!!!!

There were almost 70 competitors.

It was a great show.
Going north on 93 was near impossible in the morning. It was grid lock from Mass to Tilton around 10am!!!

Yeah i know of all the guests, ect... wish I coulda made it, but I don't regret missing it..

Sounds like the show was a huge success! That's fantastic!!

I just changed everything up a bit.

I am doing everything twice a week now. My body really responds to it.

Mon/thurs = chest, shoulders, traps, tri's
Tues/Fri = back, bi's
Wed/Sat = legs
*abs every day

As for my diet. I am adding in more complex carbs.
Here is what I ate yesterday. I call it my "white trash" diet.. because there is not enough real food in it. I am implementing more real food each week now.

8am - cup of oatmeal, 3 scps Ultra Size in h2o w/ Super Pack

10am - 3 scps 100% whey, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos

11am - 8 Muscle Synergy

Noon - 4 pc's 12 grn brd w/ ANPB, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos

3pm - 3 scps 100% whey, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos

4pm - 8 Muscle Synergy

PWO - 2 scps Ultra Size, 3 scps Mass Maker, 75grms dextrose, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos

9pm - 10oz steak or chicken w/ sweet potato and greens

I plan on having at lunch the same thing I had for dinner the night before. I am working on that right now. The potato and protein should help.

I was 253 last night.

Legs are a problem. My dr told me he would not see me for back issues if I kept squatting. My legs only grow when I squat. Even 135 is out of the question.
Right now I am doing this:

legs press (seat all the way back)
set 1 - 2 plates (each side) 15 reps
set 2 - 3 plates 15 reps
set 3 - 4 plates 15 reps
set 4 - 5 plates 12 reps
set 5 - 6 plates 6 to 8 reps
*I go all the way down to the stopper on each rep.

I have been using a wider stance when I work my way up. Then I put my feet closer together and drop a plate each set going to failure each set until there are 2 plates left.

Extensions 3 sets
Seated curls 3 sets
Standing curls 3 sets
Seated calves 3 sets
standing calves 3 sets to failure

My quad sweep is a week point. My legs in general need to come up so I am really trying to bring them up.
I still have one disk pushed out and another pushed in. The one pushed in is compacting a nerve route. Both disks are degenerating too.
I am not going to take no for an answer on legs any more. They will grow!
If I can bring them up I think I can hit 270lbs easy.
 
lots of supplements bro...I bet you'd be better off lean mass wise if you switch to whole foods....im much lighter and get in more meat by 930am than you do all day....just a suggestion.

You should have hung out. We went to Centerfolds and I ran into a ton of girls I knew!
I was half in the wrapper all night.
