I just took my first shot in over 8 months. the last (and only) three times that I have done a cycle, it was in preparation for a competition, to spare muscle while losing fat.

This is the first time for me using gear in a growth phase, and I'm pretty excited.

I just took my first shot of tren and an A 75. My cycle looks like this...


1) Tren, 1cc, 125 mg/ml EOD for 12 weeks
2) Eq, 3cc per week, 200mg/ml for 10 weeks
3) Cyp, 2cc per week, 200mg/ml for 10 weeks
4) A 75, 1 per day, weeks 1-3 and weeks 10-12

My goal is, of course, as much muscle as possible, but I don't want to be a fat pig...I'm looking to strike a balance.

Would my best course of action be to eat the high calories, but keep it clean, of does it matter? I know that the additional hormones will make me leaner as one of their effects...

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

BTW, I am starting at 6'2". 240 lbs at @ 10%BF. I am hoping to reach 255-260 by the end of the 12 weeks, since I've not used anything for so long, I am hoping that my receptors will be good and hungry!

We'll see what happens from here!

Well, you said you want to gain mass, but don't want to be a fat pig. Of course, keeping your diet clean matters, if you want to retain most of your gains. AAS will help you stay lean, providing you don't eat dirty shit ie. fast food etc.

That's what I was thinking, I'm gonna gradually up the calories, but keep it around meats, eggs, oats, rice, nuts and veggies...but a shitload of each!
