Hey fellas good to be back. i haven't been able to really get on a computer in while(work moving and a baby on the way). I'm just wondering for you DNP gurus out there , I had some dnp from last year in capsuls and it's powdered not crysta. It shoud be fine right? I'm not going to take it any time soon just making preparations. Thanks bro's and I'm glad to be back!!!!

yeah, it will be fine. I am currently taken dnp that i bought last august. It doesn't seem to be as potent as before, but it isn't going to hurt you any. assuming you are taking sane dosages.
