Im a Noob need advice.

I'm 24, 5'9", 198 lbs, at least 20% bodyfat.

My training consists of P90X in the morning, weight training in afternoon, this of course is ideal. I am a full time firefighter and work 24 hr shifts so this training schedule works 97% of the time. Most weeks it is M-F like this, Sat. cardio, Sun. rest. I have been weight training seriously for two and a half years now but added a training partner 6 months ago for heavy weight to achieve much larger gains. The P90X was very recently added (1 month ago) and I despise it.

My diet is as clean as it is going to get. I do not log because of job, i.e. never know when I will get to eat. But when I do eat I eat healthy. Lots of chicken, tuna, peanut butter, veggies. Protein at 1.5g per lb. And glutamine, creatine, NO, etc. Have not eaten out in 8 months, so I do go many hrs without food sometimes because of access to the station.

Now my training partner is an AAS user but like you all, told me 6 mths ago to do the research myself because what works for him might not be the best for me , i.e. side effects, susceptible to acne, aggression, etc. I have access to Test Enan, Tren Enan, and Winstrol. So here is a list of final questions.

First I am susceptible to acne, many scars on my face to prove it, and still have very, very slight facial acne. And occasional back acne here and there. Usually no problems though.

Hairloss is no big deal as I am balding already and my wife thinks bald is hot. Yea I don't know either?

I would like to achieve kinda slow results. We work close with the police here, my training partner is a cop, and some of them are very obviously on AAS. You can easily tell when they are cycling too. So I'm not the kinda noob looking to magically gain 40 lbs of muscle tomorrow.

I am also looking to only cycle twice, max. I know body sculpting is very addictive, so this is not strict. Strength and sheer size are my goals, being shredded with an 8 pack does not interest me. Just 12-15% body fat and still be close to my current weight. But no less than 170.

Last but not least my wife and I are trying to conceive our first child. Will AAS have any kind of affect on this. If there is a chance of slight problems I can waitt or never do it at all.

So looking for lowest dose with decent gains.
Least acne problems.
And the wang has to work for the baby making.

And pct will be coming from this rxhealth place that EF has linked.

This is my first cycle.

Well your not going to gain 40lbs of mass in one cycle so don't worry bout that

Diet is "as clean as it's going to get?" that doesn't sound very positive...

20% BF @ your height and weight doesn't sound like cycle stats...

Why aren't you able to get food for long periods of time?

Tupperware, refrigerators, and microwaves are your friend...

It also doesn't appear that you know how to structure a cycle, what certain compounds do, or how to dose them...

My recommendation is to hold off and get some more education 1st...

clean up the diet and cut out some of the cardio. get on a good weight lifting program. this is how to get the results you want. forget about steroids thier not for you.
 
Thanks man thats what I am hearing on other boards to (not replies to my question). Other replies thank you, if am asking the wrong questions I am sorry. I have been researching for some time and feel I have a good understanding. I believe I will try to structure my workout better and get my diet very clean first. Another question I think I can get some primobolan what are your opinions of this I hear it is pretty mild. I only ask because I can only acquire any of this stuff at certain times so I want to go ahead and get it and get my pct in order so I know I have everything I need. Thanks
 
honestly bro, just wait on buying anything get your bf down to like 10-12% and lift harder and get your diet even in more check before you take the plunge.

I agree he's not ready only becouse his diets not dialed in but 10-12% bf is debatable many good bros on the sight are juicing that are fatter. Including myself :worried:
 
Ive just started some phentermine today, man am I tweaking out but seems like good stuff. Not as hungry and even thoough I already eat 5 small meals a day I'm never hungry so no more cravings and cheating. Went to doctor and actual body fat is 17%. Guess I don't give myself enough credit. Cut out cardio except for one day a week, and really hitting the weights hard. The phentermine really helps with energy and intensity. I will keep you all posted. Later
 
Cool sounds like ur getting dialed In 17% is not to fat IMO
what Amount of weight can u hit on your lifts? Deads, bench an squat?
