I'm 24, 5'9", 198 lbs, at least 20% bodyfat.
My training consists of P90X in the morning, weight training in afternoon, this of course is ideal. I am a full time firefighter and work 24 hr shifts so this training schedule works 97% of the time. Most weeks it is M-F like this, Sat. cardio, Sun. rest. I have been weight training seriously for two and a half years now but added a training partner 6 months ago for heavy weight to achieve much larger gains. The P90X was very recently added (1 month ago) and I despise it.
My diet is as clean as it is going to get. I do not log because of job, i.e. never know when I will get to eat. But when I do eat I eat healthy. Lots of chicken, tuna, peanut butter, veggies. Protein at 1.5g per lb. And glutamine, creatine, NO, etc. Have not eaten out in 8 months, so I do go many hrs without food sometimes because of access to the station.
Now my training partner is an AAS user but like you all, told me 6 mths ago to do the research myself because what works for him might not be the best for me , i.e. side effects, susceptible to acne, aggression, etc. I have access to Test Enan, Tren Enan, and Winstrol. So here is a list of final questions.
First I am susceptible to acne, many scars on my face to prove it, and still have very, very slight facial acne. And occasional back acne here and there. Usually no problems though.
Hairloss is no big deal as I am balding already and my wife thinks bald is hot. Yea I don't know either?
I would like to achieve kinda slow results. We work close with the police here, my training partner is a cop, and some of them are very obviously on AAS. You can easily tell when they are cycling too. So I'm not the kinda noob looking to magically gain 40 lbs of muscle tomorrow.
I am also looking to only cycle twice, max. I know body sculpting is very addictive, so this is not strict. Strength and sheer size are my goals, being shredded with an 8 pack does not interest me. Just 12-15% body fat and still be close to my current weight. But no less than 170.
Last but not least my wife and I are trying to conceive our first child. Will AAS have any kind of affect on this. If there is a chance of slight problems I can waitt or never do it at all.
So looking for lowest dose with decent gains.
Least acne problems.
And the wang has to work for the baby making.
And pct will be coming from this rxhealth place that EF has linked.
