Im a fat ass

i think the best way is to start taking baby steps. Dont worry about teh advandced shit yet i.e. supps and specific training.

I think you know more or less what's healthy and whats not. The main thing now for you is to start eating healthy and living healthy in general. I think that the main thing for you is to start living a healthy life. You dint get that big by eating 6 good meals a day. I bet there was some mac and burgerking in there.
 
there are numerous ways to loose the weight
pick a diet and go with it. Do something you know
you can stick with. There are a lot of different
diets on these posts, just look around and keep asking
questions. to be healthy is a way of life and you
have to comit to it forever. if u want to just drop weight
and think u can go back to eating like shit yer wrong.
it is a life long goal and you need to set your priorities straight
it will take time and you dont need any drugs or supplements.
get the basics frist then by supplements because if u dont
do diet and weightlifting/excercise first then the supplements
will just be a waste of money and there is no magic way of doing it at. weightlifting some cardio you can deal with and a healthy diet are the keys to success. the more muscle you have the more easy and faster you will drop weight as the weightlifting will achieve this. excercise will burn calories and will speed up your metabolism throughout the day. eat smaller meals preferibly around 6 meals for best fat lost and eat real foods, stuff from the earth i mean if you really think about it what the fuck is all this garbage we eat? allow yourself one day out of the week to eat what you want, and as you progress you will not have the urge to eat shit like you were before. when u start u will see drematic results but u gotta keep it up to keep it off.

I just tried to give the guy some good advice. Not trying to be mean at all. Man i find it great that he is taking the effort to get in shape. And isnt like those guys who always bitch about getting in shape and just proceed to shit on they're ass watching television.
 
Try Phenyltropic PPA and a good exercise/lifting routine.

Don't drive places, bike. No escalators, stairs. Play basketball at night instead of watching Seinfeld :) Take the small things that you take for granted and change them into physical activity.

When I was trying to lose weight I went on a low carb, low fat, hi protein diet. I ended up losing over 70lbs in that time. That was right after HS. It works.

cut off both your legs mabey an arm or two then you....nevermind you get my point right so join your local gym then learn how to eat for your goals then experiment with all that you learned.
then with plenty of knowledge under your belt then go with eca, clen t3 ect... learn then apply what youve learned.

Try not to be so concerned about weight, bodyfat is my main concern. three weeks ago I weighed 250 at 26%bf today my trainer just did bf again and I'm at 18.3%bf at 248lbs. I only lost
2 lbs and if that was all I was looking at I would want to go out
and have an extremely large pizza and a keg of beer to wash it down. But by knowing my bodyfat I'm motivated to keep on doing
what I been doing. Also waist went from 38 to 36..:)
 
Ain't it a great feeling? :D

I've gone from a 48 w/ 27% body fat to a 38 w/ 19% body fat. I've still got a ways to go, i've got one hell of a gut, but i'm getting there.
