Go to the diet board bro. There is a post with links in it. One of the links lays out a CKD diet. You might look into that.

What you NEED is a lifestyle change. Nobody gets/stays fat b/c his carb intake is not low enough.. it's total calories that matters!

Don't tell me that you can't differentiate between 'healthy' and non-healthy foods. So with that in mind, start by eating between 10-12 cals per lb bodyweight.. Of WHATEVER macronutrient profile you want. You WILL lose weight.

Lastly, don't do anything (diet, supp') that you are not willing to do for the rest of your life.
 
Everyone's different, you just have to try things that work for you. I personally never do low or no carb dieting, I always stick with 50% C, 30% P, 20% F. Calories change, though. I am about 185, and 2,000 calories gets me the 2lbs per week weight loss.

Optimum protien powder with oatmeal blended together, and a half cup of milk

protien 55 grams
carbs 50 grams
fat 10 grams

supplements with this drink

300 mgs ALA
5 grams creatine
5 grams glutamine


meal two

2 barbequed ckicken shishkabob with bellpeppers, onion, and squash, with olive oil and lemon drizzled over it

protien 40 grams
carbs 7 grams
fat 15 grams




WORKOUT



meal three (post workout)
