Im a Fat Ass!!!!

I realize that this probably belongs on the diet or supplement board, but i need to get this in front of some people. I have just returned to the gym after a two year abscence........colllege life and girlfriend have turned me into a complete fat-ass!!!

I am former Military, former AS user and went from great shape to being about 40 pounds over weight best i can figure...I need a plan and a diet immediately....not a pre-contest already 10% BF diet, but one that can ease me back into the scheme of things as while still getting to that 2 pounds a week loss.....i do not want a zero carb plan, but low carbs would be fine.....something simple, and not too costly....if you can and are willing to help, please advise...

My stats:

-25 years old
-5 ft 9
-220 bs
-34 in waist
-probably 18-20 % BF (not sure)

Have purchased NYC, and thinking about alternating with clen to keep body offguard while dieting.

I know this is not what you want, but... the no carb thing works.
I did much the same thing you did... left the gym for to long, got fat. I am now back to 12%, not thin but I am okay with this, and it was all from no carbs. 5 weeks no carbs lost almost 40lbs. Could eat when I was hungry, every two hours, and planning meals was very easy, meat. I ate some eggs, but each one has .6 carb so I limit them to about 6 a day.

If thats the consensus i might have to go that way, i just have never seen that as a lifestyle choice that is viable, bt a quick fix it may be and i may need to consider it...
