Haha, didn't madcow say something in Guinness's 5x5 journal along the lines of "I hope nobody starts calling them 'madcow rows'"? JS, Pendlay and "madcow" rows are all the same thing, and just refer to rows with the back staying close to parallel throughout the motion and deweighting of the bar on the floor after each rep. The reason for these special names is to contrast them to the "bent-over" rows that most people do that are little more than glorified shrugs; it's not an overhand-underhand distinction.
