you are still young and immature. give it a few years.. your appetite will pick up and your metabolism will slow as well.

your problem is the foods you are eating and destroying your appetite. stay away from slop food that 20 year olds eat. stay away from protein shakes, dairy, fatty foods, fried foods. fast food !! all these foods just feed your brain but they do not provide nutrition you need to grow.
its true good food costs money. so even if you stimulate appetite if you continue to eat slop you won't get very far.
i probably drop about 1500 a month on food.. and I don't have a family, thats just on myself.
