Hardening Cycle For Spring
I am currently 6'3" 215 lbs @ 8% 3 point caliper , consistently. However, I hold a lot of water. I am an athlete and would like to enter the fall season at a shredded 215-220. I am almost 22 and have been lifting since I was 15. My initial plan is to bulk to 230 and run a 6-8 week spring hardening cycle with:
1-4 50mg winstrol depot ED
1-6/8 50mg anavar ED
I understand the liver risk associated particularly with winstrol and would like to have a physician to monitor me through the cycle. I have never run an AS cycle other than 1-test, which I did have mass/strength gains on, but I need to be **hard**! Speed is my biggest priority with strength second and mass a distant third place.
Following is an outline of my current program, comments are welcomed and appreciated.

I have a four day split:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
Wednesday: Rest, some accessory...depends on muscle soreness
Thursday: Back/Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Abs are introduced as necessitated by day's workout and are low rep, weighted. PLs are ME and accessories are usually DE per westside.
My diet is at 4000 kcal and 400g protein, but I will be increasing it to around 5000 kcal.
Have been supplementing:
r-ala - .6-1g ED prior to carb food
flax oil - 8g ED switching to fish once my supply runs out.
whey protein from optimum - about 100g -150g protein ED
Creatine MH - 5-10g ED with apple juice - cycled @ 2m on/1m off
Glutamine Peptides - 20g postworkout & as muscles request
Glucosamine Sulfate w/ CSA - 1500g every night before bed
