Illegal Aliens Sue Walmart

If Walmart is knowingly employing illegal immigrants then that problem has to be addressed.........however I dont believe any money from fines etc should go to the IEs.

this should be our biggest concern in this country, and for some reason the federal gov't decides to turn a blind eye to the human invasion thats going on.
America is dying and its a damn shame.

Im actually going to Oslo and Helsinki this January, a close relative is playing basketball in FIBA and I want to go check it out, I hope I can withstand the cold. This might be a good time to use some DNP:P

Wow, talk about different climates....Yea, I've been to Oslo, it was cold in July!

I'm against illegal immigration, but I've known quite a few good people who were illegal immigrants. When they're lucky enough to find a job, often their employer treats them like shit because they know they can't complain. They'll get less than minimum wage and they're trying to support a family back in mexico or wherever they're from. Just because they came here illegally doesn't mean they don't have human rights.

those wetbacks shouldn't be even able to sue .. they dont even have a right here in the us... need to stay out for good

if i lived in mexico... deep in mexico i would try for the us as well... we need to wath that shit.... i bet f we started shooting illegals views might fucking change.

Most of the floor staff at the my local Kmart can't speak english - couldn't say if they were legal or not.

i bet they are freaking the fuk out if they are.. just like the ones that didn't get cought in the other walmarts..

BIG problem in Texas...
Many illegals work for next to nothing ($50 a day for labor) and get paid in cash...then they file for welfare, medicaid, and food stamps with false SS #'s.... those that get paid cash have no record of their income, so they get benefits for being unemployed & poor...
BIG problem for US...

they have no right to work here, therefore they have no right to collect anything....

they should be back on the next bus to Mexico...

we need a giant, heavily guarded wall.

Walmart deserves everything comin to them.

The companies involved should be fined for knowingly hiring illegal laborers and the illegal laborers should not win this suit, for they also knowingly were breaking laws. Maybe next time they will attempt naturalization to benefit from the protections of the US government.

But it's not just corporations. Every major city has some sort of collecting point where independant contractors and the like drive by and offer daily employment to the illegals.

Action really needs to be taken. I think a good start would be to get a few like minded folks together and picket the collecting points where the illegals and their american employers meet. I say write down the license numbers of the americans breaking the law, find out who they are and poster their neighborhood - shame them into stopping. An action similar to that when a pedophile moves into a neighborhood. The poster should read: This man is a law breaker. Get video tape and so on.

I think every person should question the legitimacy of the person doing work. e.g. the mexican window washers the management of the apartment complex contracts to. Go to the office and ask management if they are legal. Do nothing illegal but make the poeople wjho employ these folks feel the pressure and the eyes upon them.

Start to raise awareness in your social group. Make the local media aware. We need to apporach this problem on a grass roots level, aka Mother Against Drunk Drivers. Study their methods and copy them. MADD has been very effective in persuing their agenda.

and so on..............

So then we allow the constraints of political correctness to destroy our society. Isn't it time to stop feeling guilty for wanting to protect our own society and culture?

I don't see how credible their law suit is. They were not employed by Walmart themselves, rather imployed by companies sub-contracted by Walmart to do the work. They need to sue their real employers. This is an issue that has really been blown out of porportion and everyone thinks its Walmarts fault.
