re back workout

1. dead lift
2. dumbell rows
3.seated cable rows
4. upright rows superset with shrugs.

by the time i am through i fell like i could through up.
on this workout i do 3 sets of each exercise

oh yeah, i am still pretty new to shrugs , but i feel that things are coming along. there is nothing like having monster traps.......people look at you like you are a freak. impressive
