hi guys not sure if this is the write place for this questions but here it goes, i appreciate any help!
ive got a question about starting a hgh regiment...
im 25 6'1'' 210 with about 15-17% bf
im looking to increase my strength lose fat and get a little bigger just so i can compete with others in my line of work...
i work out 3-4 times a week however i dotn do crazy weights i do an hour of cardio 2x a week with sprints etc... and some free weights along with alot of calethenics...
i need to know which is better for me to take Igtropin IGF1 or Jintropin... im not going to be taking it daily i was thinking maybe 3x a week about 1.2-1.4ui
could you also tell me if thats sufficient?
