hi guys not sure if this is the write place for this questions but here it goes, i appreciate any help!

ive got a question about starting a hgh regiment...

im 25 6'1'' 210 with about 15-17% bf

im looking to increase my strength lose fat and get a little bigger just so i can compete with others in my line of work...

i work out 3-4 times a week however i dotn do crazy weights i do an hour of cardio 2x a week with sprints etc... and some free weights along with alot of calethenics...


i need to know which is better for me to take Igtropin IGF1 or Jintropin... im not going to be taking it daily i was thinking maybe 3x a week about 1.2-1.4ui

could you also tell me if thats sufficient?

Personally not even close to being sufficient for HGH.

IGF-1 is better in my oppinion. But what do you mean by compete with other at work?

IF you want to get bigger and lose fat. Do more weight and eat more and cut cardio back a little.

probably dont need anything
