I believe lr3 is the one you want because it provides steady pulses of hth for a duration of time rather than a slightly larger pulse all at once but only when you administer shot. Kinda like an enter being attached perhaps?
LR3 has a very long half life...like 20-30 hours. I use it. The des is newer supposedly the strongest but very very very short half life. You need to do it just before ya lift then right after from what I gather. Needtogetgas has an awesome very interesting article on both of these.
