igf shipping ? keep on ice yes or no?i think yes

hello I have found a deal on igf for the month of july i want to stock up but the research comp ships it express mail with out ice. I read that it will be destroyed when temps get above 85 degrees i live in Florida and its well above 90degress outside this time of year.Plus in a delivery truck It might get to be around 100 degrees plus.
I would hate to spend 500+$ and have some useless powder.
