When you guys reconstitute with say 1ml of acetic acid, what is the total volume now inside the vial? Meaning what is the starting volume of 1mg of IGF, and the volume after adding?

Inject 1ml of AA solution into your vial of IGF, be careful of the vacuum in the IGF vial. You will need to control the syringe plunger so the AA does not forcefully spray down onto the IGF powder. You want to trickle it down the side of the vial slowly and then swirl the solution gently to mix it into a clear solution.

Everything I have been reading says not to add the BW directly because it will cause the peptide to break down faster, yet everyone on this board seems to be doing it this way.

I made a error in my first post but the last time I ran it, I did not add any BW to it. You end up with 1ml of solution after adding the AA or 1000mcg.

So you basically have 1CC in the bottle. Is it tough to draw such a small amount out of the bottle witn a slin pin? Assuming you're doing 40mcgs a day for 25 days = 1000mcg. That's .04 of a CC per injection. That's a small amount to draw out.

You want to use BW in your slin pin. Draw out the amount you want to take of the IGF-1 and then draw out some BW to make sure you get all of it when you inject it. Always draw out the IGF-1 first so you do not get the BW into the IGF-1.
