igf or no igf?

coming to end of cycle. if this igf is so good how come everyone isnt using it?
bros spend hundreds on each cycle, so surely a few hundred $ for some igf is the way to go at the end to keep gains instead of losing a load of ther gains?
or is it just as effective to run nolva, clomid, trib etc

running igf-1 post cycle will help you keep your gains.. and possible even gain some!

run hcg/nolvadex for pct as usual.

so if i end cycle at 216lb, run pct for five weeks maintain 216, then next cycle get up to 224lb?
it cant be that easy?
