I'm starting my IGF tomorrow. So you guys get actual noticeable results while on this stuff? I'm gonna run 40-50mcgs post workout (about 5 times a week) until I run out. This should last me about 3 months. I'm gonna do site injections and rotate sites depending on what muscle I work that day. If you can tell if it's working, I should also be able to tell if the effects diminish after 6 weeks or so. My log should help answer that question cause I'm doing it for 3 months regardless.
 
Just want to make sure I'm mixing and storing right. Can I store with the NaCl, or should I wait to add that with each injection?
 
Keep us posted bro. Remember its gonna take at least a week before you start feeling anything. I know for me at 100mcgs/day It takes me about 5 days before I feel it working. Enjoy!

Ok so what about the mixing question?
 
Hey Krishna, I would only mix it with the aa and then draw up your igf/aa before adding your water. Check your NaCl, most are made for single dose use. Bac water is made for multidose and works fine. Enjoy, I just started my igf last week.

if bac water is fine, how come most igf kits come with sodium chloride ?

just curious. i used bac water for my igf shot earlier and it seemed fine.
 
So what if I was to bring a preload to the gym? How long would it be good mixed with the NaCl and not in the fridge?

To my knowledge there is no data on how long igf/aa/nacl are stable for the peptide does degrade rather quickly at too high or low of a pH tho, to be safe just preload the igf, igf in aa is stable at 98 degF fora year, bring the NaCl with you and dilute just prior to injection

Did my first sticks at the gym tonight; 20mcg in each thigh. I gotta say that it's a pain in the ass sticking a slin in the thigh after a leg workout. My legs were so tight that the needle bent in half and I had to take it out and bend it back to get the igf to come out. Do you guys think a slin is too short for glute shots?

Because if you believe in local growth vial site injects your ass is going to grow. Personally I don't believe in the local growth ideology (which is why most of the time I pin my delts). Do you have a day dedicated to glute only training? Probably not, its piggybacked with your quads and hams day. So if you want to shoot local, shoot your quad. That slin pin is only so long and you want it in the muscle, not your fat.

The bigger my glutes get, the more the ladies love me :)
 
the easiest and most painless way to inject it is subq in the belly.....but i leave that spot for my gh and put all my igf in the delts (used to do quads), ive never noticed any local growth.

Thought you were supposed to go IM with igf?
 
Does this stuff boost your metabolism and appetite? I've been hungrier than usual and dropping weight faster on a calorie deficit.
 
Yeah, I think it does boost appetite as I'm going on week two and cant seem to ever get full. I've already dropped some fat and put on 3 lbs. The pec shots do sting like a mutha...

regardless of whether or not that's true, I wouldn't consider doing a glute shot with a slin pin as IM....you'll likely be injecting into fat, not muscle

I was down to 200 this morning. I have a feeling I'm around 6% bf now. I'll get it checked today. I wish I could gain weight instead of lose it.

Your not going to gain much with Igf, if your running it alone. I used it by itself for 2 cycles and gained 3 lbs each time, but it was a net 3 lb gain., i.e. I lost fat weight, but gained muscle weight.

same when i ran it alone i gained 5 lbs, but body comp def changed like kachunga said

could this be due to water retention or blood pressure? sides of GH?

anyone have any input?
 
7.2 on the skindex. Trying to hold at 200 lbs. If I can pull a couple pounds off this stuff, I'll be more than satisfied. I swear my appetitie and metabolism are runnin hot.

Humm, never heard of ringing in the ears as a side. Have you checked your BP yet to see? Mine has went down since I started, I'm on week 3 of the Gh at 3iu and will go up next week to 4 hopefully (it seems to be really drying out my joints, not good) and I'm at 60iu of the igf. My BP was down about 5-8 points this week and weight is up 4 lbs now.

I havent checked yet but im sure its down a little, i can feel it. Been really tired lately with zero energy. Seems to be getting better.

I was up nearly 6pounds earlier this week (water) now its about 4 pounds. Ringing most likely due to water retention and BP.

Nice cycle by the way.
 
Yeah, the zero energy definitly seems to be a side with this. I'm going to run this for 6 weeks and stay on the gh and then cycle slin for 4 weeks and then back with the igf for 6 weeks, but still use the slin pwo during the next igf run to see if there is any difference with or without the slin.

yeah i got a bit bloated on my first week of igf but that may have been due to GH as well.

Sub 7 now. I was skeptical about dropping fat, especially after coming off gear, but it really does seem to be doing the trick. Still around 200 lbs.
 
Great stuff......how did you mix yours? 1cc of AA directly into the powder?

Are you on a cutting diet, or just losing bf with the IGF?

I mixed 2 cc's of aa. I am cutting right now yes, but I've been off gear for a few weeks now too, and I usually start either dropping muscle or adding fat at this point. This time my muscle is maintaining pretty well and I'm still losing fat.
 
so If I mix 2cc of aa, then 40 on the slin pin would be my guage for 40/day....right?

I just thought with 1cc I couild use less liquid and fill the rest with BA once I drew it out........

dude, how many times are you going to ask the same question?? this info is all over this board and many others, mix it with aa, doesnt matter how many ml's 1,2,3,4.... it doesnt matter!!

If not you should weigh in once a week, same day same time. my 2ml
I did the opposite of what I preach to you tonight, i was 275 on Saturday and 272 on Monday...why did i get on the scale, it was one of those new digital ones so I said wtf,
Never weigh yourself before a workout either, it messes with my head at least.

I'll let you know....starting my pct in 2 weeks.......don't sweat weighing yourself...I do it to.....it's a good guage and if it's first thing in the am, every am, same time.....same closthes.....then it's perfect....1-2lbs a week MAX,,,,,that's how I guage my day
