If one took 20mcg/day would it only be taken on training days? Just prior to training? How long does one usually run it for? 6-8 weeks? Thanks!

Most run IGF-1 at 60- 100-mcg a day for a period of 6 weeks. I have used it twice with very little results but many feel it is good.

20 mcgs is a very low dose.

Too low on the dose. I would start at a minimum of 60 mcg pwo. 100 mcg is where the "magic" is.

ive taken 100mcgs of igtropin a day and had magical results, but now im taken 50mcgs of a knockoff brand and am very dissappointed....so go big or go home, and get igtropin, worth the extra cashh

Im going to run it along side my pct with 10mg of dbol.......40mcg every training day...5 times a week......that should last me 5 good weeks....my question is, when I get the bottle, what do I do with it, how do I mix....I have BAwater......is tat what I use?

mix it in AA (acetic acid) and then when you are ready to shoot, draw up your dosage, then draw up sodium chloride water to dilute it and shoot right away

You can use sodium chloride as a diluent for the injection of the igf mixed with the acetic acid but it might not be made for using more than once. Some of the igf kits being sold are sold with the 3ml sodium chloride, but the 3ml sodium chloride bottles I've seen, including the ones being supplied with the igf kits are all designed for single dose use. These bottles are meant for iv use and NOT for mutiple draws, you are taking the chance of it getting contaminated without a preserative in there. Thats why the 30ml "multi dose" bacteriostatic water is a better choice, it has benzyl alcohol in it for sterility in multiple draws.

are you recommending diluting the IGF thats mixed in AA with Bacteriostatic Water instead of sodium chloride?

dude im really confused...i was just going to mix 2ml of acetic acid into the vial with the mg of igf. then for every 10iu on an insulin syringe...or 1/10 ml that would be 50mcg of igf right? i would draw out of that vial and shoot each day post workout?

that's correct....i dilute mine with sodium chloride after i draw it out of the IGF vial otherwise straight AA stings pretty bad

Seriously, to stop the confusion...could some PLEASE take it step by step from receiving a 1ml bottle to opening it.......next. Huge Karma

1. add 1 ml of your AA,BA, or whatever you are using to dilute with to your 1mg of lyophilized IGF-1Lr3
2. gently swirl, DO NOT SHAKE to dissolve the solution completely
3 Your math is 1:1 So 1 ml (what you have in the bottle) = 1000mcgs
For 100mcgs you would draw 10 units on your slin pin, for 50mcgs you would draw 5 units on the slin pin etc etc.
It's that easy and straight forward

great! I mix it in the bottle it comes with? Is it sealed? havent received it........so why all this shit about vinigar and NO BA and it doesnt mix correctly...etc....have you used it? What were your thoughts?

Yep, mainly because the sodium chloride I've seen is only made for single use. If I'm not mistaken, bac water does contain some sodium chloride + the ba for sterility, so basically its the same thing.

????

The bottle has a multiuse rubber stopper so you can add your diluent to it.
Vinegar is poor mans Acetic acid.
I only use preconstituted igf-1. Some people like to mix their igf-1, I don't.

It has .9%benzyl alcohol for sterility. People add sodium chloride because it is a buffer that takes the sting of the injection away.

Your referring to the bac water containing the ba, right? The sodium chloride has no preservative in it, I'm reading the bottle right now. The sodium chloride provided with the igf kits that I have gotten is from Hospira, the same company that makes the 30ml bac water. The sodium chloride says right on top, above the product content description "10ml Single dose" and this is because there is nothing other than the .9 sodium chloride in it.

I hae yet to receive, so I am curious....how does it come? Poweder for and a sep. bottle with AA? Or just the powder? I ordered AA and have BW....not sure on the proper mixture, some make it seem very complicated, others say its cake....

That's good observation, bro! Thanks for looking out, I got that exact hospira sodium chloride single dose bottle and stopped using it. I am started using Bac.Water to dilute instead.
