IGF calf injects

First off for possible localized growth is it better to shoot im or subq? I started IGF today at 50mcg split in each calf....i really need to bring up my calfs so i was going to hit them with 40mcg ed and the other 40mcg split bilateral in the trained muscle....for a a total of 80mcg obviously....should i expect any local growth???
 
im injecting bis/delts/quads.. with 50mcg PWO.. been on for about 8 days.. ive put on 2-3 lbs and i think i can notice some growth but i cant say whether its site specific or not..

if it is.. calf injects here i come!! let me know how it works out.. ill be running igf 4 on 4 off throughout my next cycle
 
i will let you know bro....i worked calfs today then shot them and they are sore right now for some reason.....i don't think it could be from the igf?? maybe i just hit them real hard??
 
i havent really felt much of a difference to be honest.. the scale went up a few lbs.. but pumps arent exactly that much better..

i know preworkout injects cause pumps to be unreal.. might try that a few times..

maybe 25mg preworkout and 25 postworkout.. im doing IM btw
 
i heard that as well and may try that for sure.....my calfs feel like they are cramped up......like a charlie horse wtf????? i hope this goes away!!

When I work out calves, I shoot quads. People say that site specific sticks work and I understand why, but my calves responded well so far shooting quads.

i was kind of wondering the same....i have read that igf with r-ala works as well as insulin for loading carbs....but i am trying to harden up so i am keeping carbs the same as i assume it still will have a noticed affect.

my calfs are sore but in a good way....not like a prop inject sore but more like if u hadn't trained them in a while then hit them hard......shit i pray this will cause local growth....my calfs areslow responders and they MUST grow
 
i feel you on the calf thing.. mine just seem to get more cut.. never actually put size on..

repping 450 with little bitch calves on squats just dont look right..

I take my protein shake and add in some simple carbs withn an hour. Your body will tell you that you need it if you don't take in some type of carbs.
 
I tried a short single AG vial run of IGF on my calves and bi's IM, and couldn't tell if it helped or not. It did cause a lot of pain, I think because it has acid in it. Perhaps diluting with BA water prior to injecting might be a good idea to reduce pain?

i started yesterday and shot both calfs and then today shot delts pre workout and then again post workout....yes even when u mix it with bac water it still gets a little sore but nothin to bad.....not like prop or primo or something of that nature.

It really doesn't mix too well with the BW. It ended up separating in the syringe. I did note a great deal of permanent vascualrity in my calves and some growth as well after doing the quad injects. On upper body days, I injected into my delts. I started out doing pecs too, but switched atfer I got excessive pain.
